| Wilson S. Kidwell, President and CEO, is a licensed real estate appraiser in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is professionally designated, holding the SRPA and RM designations with the Appraisal Institute and is a qualified expert witness in all jurisdictions of service. Mr. Kidwell is past president of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (D.C. chapter) and a past board member.
Prior to the establishment of W. S. Kidwell Associates, Inc., he was a vice president of one of the largest appraisal firms in Metropolitan Washington.
